How to book the Sacred Valley today and leave tomorrow, in three steps
The three steps
On WhatsApp (+51 994 822 637), at any hour: the departure, how many of you and, if you have one, your train. We tell you how many seats are left for tomorrow.
On the tour page: you choose the lunch and where the day ends, the total shows before you pay and the WeTravel checkout opens without leaving the site. Confirmation by email straight away.
That same night, on WhatsApp: approximate time, meeting point if the bus cannot reach your street and the amount in soles for the entrance fees.
What you decide when you pay

Ways to pay
Three mistakes we see every week
- Paying without asking about space. If the bus is full we have to refund and start over; one message beforehand avoids it.
- Thinking Express means shorter. It is the longest: 11–12 hours. “Express” means seeing 5 sites in one day.
- Waiting for the bus at your hotel on the way back. The return ends in central Cusco; from there you walk or take a taxi. The three ways to get there and back, in how to get to the Sacred Valley.
Bookings for tomorrow: non-refundable; you can move the date if there is space, and we reschedule or refund if we cancel for weather. With more notice, tell us early, get more back.
